A MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER

Greetings! I am Dr. Courtney Busby, the proud owner of Kashmere Gardens Early Learning Academy. I have worked in the field of education for over 20 years and have experience as a teacher, administrator and central office leader. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Prairie View A & M University, master’s degrees from both Our Lady of the Lake University and Prairie View A & M University and a doctorate degree from the University of Houston.

I am committed to ensuring that all children receive a quality education and that the children enrolled in Kashmere Gardens receive the foundational skills that will prepare them for lifelong learning. My vision of owning and operating a daycare was realized in November of 2011 when I opened Kashmere Gardens Early Leaning Academy and I have remained true to my mission since its inception.

My experiences as an educator have prepared me to equip my staff with the tools needed to ensure that children in our care are engaged in meaningful thematic learning experiences, foundational literacy skills, structured daily learning activities, home learning activities to enhance concepts, and positive interactions with teachers and fellow students.
